1) Rosemary’s Baby will be a miniseries
Back in October for a special Halloween podcast we watched Rosemary’s Baby for the first time and while Nigel was a bigger fan than I, we both agreed that it was certainly deserving of its acclaim. My main issue is that it seems dated so I greeted the news that the film is to be adapted by NBC into a miniseries with quite the smile.
Scott Abbott and James Wong are tackling the screenplay which is based on Ira Levin’s novel. Polanski directed Mia Farrow for the 1968 picture so it will be interesting to see who steps up this time around.
